50% deposit before design finalization and production; the remaining 50% on installation or pickup. We accept cash, GCash and bank transfer (BDO).
Yes — free design layout on every order, with 1 free revision. From the 2nd revision: ₱200 per revision. Changes requested after production starts are charged 30% of order value.
Structure, electrical/LED components, printing and materials on every product line. Message us with a photo — we repair or replace.
Returns are accepted within 1–3 days of handover with the product in original condition. Processing takes 7–10 working days.
At actual courier cost (J&T, Lalamove or LBC) — no markup. LED logos and neon ship nationwide; installation covers Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan and Rizal.
Free storage for 7 days after completion. From day 8: ₱100/m²/day.
Orders ₱50,000–₱99,000 get 5% off; ₱100,000 and above get 10% off. Repeat customers get priority production and extended warranty.
